Shipping Policy

We are different .... same day shipping if we have it in stock, at no extra charge!!

Standard shipping methods:

Speedee: (1-2 days depending on ship to zip code).

UPS: (1-4 days depending on ship to zip code and how it is being shipped). If you are shipping NDA, Early AM, or NDA Saturday Delivery we need a contact name and phone number. If we are shipping out of the United States we need a contact name, phone number, and broker.

Vitran: It normally takes 2-5 days for delivery depending on the ship to zip code.

Will-Call: You can pick-up your order at our main facility warehouse located at 201 DeGraff Avenue in Swanville, MN. 53682. (800) 253-6829.

Here is our standard policy:

Customer is responsible for all freight charges and we will add freight to your order. We will ship orders complete, however, you have to request this on your purchase order. Otherwise we will automatically ship partials.

All part orders will ship same day as long as orders are in before 3:00pm CST and we have the parts in stock. If we do not have the parts in stock, we will fax an acknowledgement back to you with the ship status. Some vendors will not drop ship to our customers and we have to bring the parts into Perfection Crane & Hoist, Inc. first. We do ship parts the same day we receive the parts. Vendors that will drop ship may have some extra fees added to your order and some vendors may have extra charges if shipped the same day. Most of the vendors need the orders to be into them before 11:00am CST to ship the same day.

Our vendors have different rules and charges when it comes to shipping same day, drop shipping, and any other special shipping instructions that customers may need. We can inform you of the vendor's policies and charges at the time of quote or at the time the order is placed.

All hoist orders will ship 2-3 business days from when the order is placed if we have the hoist in our stock. If we do not have the hoist in our stock, we will fax an acknowledgement back to you with the ship status.

PERFECTION CRANE & HOIST, INC. is a master distributor for nearly every major brand of hoists and cranes. We are your supplier for all of your overhead material handling needs, whether it is replacement parts, new hoists, complete cranes, warranty repairs, or on-site services.
