Return Policy




Return Policy:

Contact the Returns Department at (320) 547-2401 for a return number. Product will be rejected or shipped back if there is no RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Factory or Perfection Crane & Hoist, Inc. will not take back obsolete items, cut chain, cut cable, electrical parts, and special order parts/hoists.

The RGA expires in 30 days, if part/hoist is not returned from the date the RGA was issued. After 30 days the RGA will be closed and you will need to call and get another RGA number.

We have a 25% restocking fee on parts that we have in stock. Otherwise if we have to return the part back to the factory, the restocking fee is whatever the factory charges, and they all vary. Restocking fees are subject to change at anytime.

We have a 30% restocking fee on hoists that we have in stock. Otherwise if we have to return the hoist back to the factory, the restocking fee is whatever the factory charges, and they all vary. Restocking fees are subject to change at anytime.

If the product is not returned in unused or new condition there will be an additional charge depending on the damage. In some cases the returned item maybe denied and parts/hoists will be shipped back to the customer using their collect number. If customer does not have a collect number they will be invoiced for the freight.

When we receive the parts/hoist back in unused and new condition, we will inspect the parts/hoists. If everything is in unused and new condition, we will issue a paper credit and mail you a copy. If we are returning parts/hoists back to the factory, we wait until they mail us a credit. When we receive the credit from the factory, we will issue you a paper credit and mail itt to you.

You will receive a paper credit only and credit notes expire one year from issue date, no exceptions. We do not cut checks for credits, no exceptions.

Sometimes the factory needs an off-setting order. It depends on the factory and why the parts/hoists are being returned.
