Company History

Pam & Owen started their business in 1990 with the Customer and Customer Service as their goal. Owen was a Millwright in the overhead material handling business for many years and saw that customer needs were not being met in a timely manner and price gouging was a common practice. Pam & Owen decided to start their own company with the same values that they have. They figured they would be successful if they did two things: one, give your customers the very best care and service you would expect yourself. Two, strive to always exceed your customers expectations.

Well, they were right. From their meager beginnings in 1990 to today, Pam & Owen's business has grown from a small operation, to one of the largest and well respected overhead material handling companies in North America. This includes a $1,000,000.00 + inventory of service parts and replacement hoists to best serve our customer needs in the most timely manner and at the best possible pricing.

They have by far the most experienced and professional team of service technicians and fabricators in the industry. Along with this, they have on staff a crew of the most capable parts specialists, sales professionals, consultants, and engineers.

Even with all their success, they still hold true the values and ideals they had when they first sat down and decided to start their own company. This includes doing business the old fashion way, with respect. Today they are proud to claim that Perfection Crane & Hoist, Inc. is the largest small town overhead materials handling company in the world.
